We have been producing post-operative compression underwear since 2002, and today we sell it to 85 countries around the world. Thanks to our ongoing collaboration with leading surgeons and many years of experience, we can proudly say that we are leaders in the field of compression therapy.

Pink is associated with love and care – that’s what we want our patients to feel. We were also fed up with the medical-looking clothing that was on the market and designed beautiful lace bras and bright leggings so that our patients could enjoy wearing compression garments.

Our specialization has expanded beyond aesthetic surgery, which has traditionally been our main focus. We now support patients recovering from reconstructive surgery, bariatric procedures, patients dealing with lipedema and other lymphatic diseases. History of LIPOELASTIC

LIPOELASTIC was founded in 2002 by Tomasz and Alena Gradil. The company started as a small business producing compression stockings. At the time of its establishment in a small Czech town, LIPOELASTIC had only 15 employees.

The company grew and expanded thanks to Alena’s vision and Tomasz’s business acumen. The couple saw a gap in the market and thought about the future of plastic and aesthetic surgery. They gained experience in compression therapy while running a company called Maxis, which they sold to a German partner, Medi, in 2005.

Today, LIPOELASTIC has over 250 employees, nine direct markets and over 75 partners worldwide, including the Middle East, Europe and America.

Our mission

LIPOELASTIC has its own research and development team that is constantly innovating and developing new products according to the needs of our patients and the recommendations of our surgeons.

We manufacture all our garments by hand in the EU, using only certified fabrics and components to ensure maximum safety. However, the comfort of our patients is also important, which is why, for example, we sew our labels on the outside and line all components with soft fabric.

PINK is the new GREEN

At LIPOELASTIC, we understand that creating a better world also includes protecting the environment and minimizing the negative impact of our activities on the planet.

In the summer of 2022, we installed solar panels on our buildings and switched to renewable energy sources. We continue to implement new environmentally friendly methods in our production and logistics. In 2021, we significantly reduced our packaging and switched from plastic to recycled cardboard. We are proud of these steps and hope to inspire other companies in the industry.
