This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Its terms apply equally to all Buyers, regardless of their legal status (individual, legal entity, or individual entrepreneur).
By placing an order on the website, the Buyer agrees to the terms of this Agreement, including the procedure for ordering, payment, and delivery of goods.
This Agreement regulates the relationship between the Seller (online store “new-face.com.ua”) and the Buyer.
General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
1.2. Full acceptance of this Agreement occurs when the Buyer places an order on the website and/or completes payment for the order.
1.3. The public offer is also accepted upon registration of the Buyer on the website.
1.4. By accepting this Agreement, the Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement. Personal data will be processed and stored only for the period necessary in accordance with applicable law.
Terms and Definitions
“Online store” – the website “new-face.com.ua”.
“Goods” – products listed in the online store.
“Personal data” – any information relating to an identifiable person.
“Significant defect” – a defect that: a) cannot be eliminated; b) requires more than 14 days to fix; c) makes the Goods significantly different from agreed conditions.
Subject of the Agreement
The Seller undertakes to transfer Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods.
Ordering Procedure
The Buyer places an order via the website or by phone.
Payment
Prices are indicated on the website and may change.
The Buyer pays within 2 working days by bank transfer.
Delivery
Goods are shipped after full payment.
Delivery is carried out by a carrier at the Buyer’s expense.
Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may vary.
The Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers.
Returns
The Buyer may return Goods within 14 days if: – unused – original condition preserved – packaging intact
Some goods are non-returnable according to Ukrainian law.
Responsibilities
The Seller shall not be liable for actions or omissions of third parties, including carriers and payment providers.
Force majeure releases both parties from liability.
Other Conditions
The Seller may update this Agreement.
The Buyer is responsible for accurate information.
Use of the website is free.
Personal data is confidential and used only for order processing and communication.
Duration
This Agreement is valid from the moment of order placement and remains in effect until fulfilled.
