About Lipoelastic as a business
The Lipoelastic trademark made its presence known in 2002, when the company decided to enter international markets. As analysts note, the time for such an action was more than successful – from 2002 to 2007 was a period of prosperity in the global economy.
Lipoelastic has attracted top specialists in the field of compression underwear production, expanded its production capacity and made it possible to implement innovative developments in the production of compression underwear. At the same time, Lipoelastic is undergoing certification in European quality control bodies and is quite meticulous about the quality of its products in order not to lose its reputation.
In 2010, the company’s product range was significantly expanded with a line of compression stockings, knee-highs and socks. This decision spurred the company’s development and allowed it to reduce operational risks by diversifying the product line offered for sale.
Lipoelastic Product Certification
Certification of materials
Lipoelastic compression garments are manufactured using high-quality materials produced in the European Union. All fabrics are regularly tested at the Experimental Textile Institute TZÚ in Brno (Czech Republic).
The key criteria that are carefully controlled are the longitudinal and transverse compression of the textile product. Such testing methods are carried out in accordance with the methodology of DuPont, a world-famous manufacturer of elastic fabrics under the Lycra brand.
These regular tests allow us to guarantee our clients and partners the required compression of the garments in the range of 20-30 mm Hg. Samples of compression garments are put on measuring torsos simulating different parts of the body and tested using the MST MK IV measuring device from the Swiss manufacturer Swisslastic AG.

OEKO-TEX fabric standardization
The presence of such a certificate guarantees the absence of harmful substances in the underwear of the Lipoelastic company , which is confirmed by annual tests by the Hohenstein Institute in Germany. This certificate is a guarantee of the quality and safety of our products, as well as the absence of latex in their composition.

This is an internationally recognized quality management system that certifies the compliance of our policies, processes and procedures for product quality control. Lipoelastic’s manufacturing facilities are exclusively dedicated to ensuring that compression garments do not deviate from the standard and fully satisfy the customer’s needs for quality and safety. Our policies , processes and procedures for quality management are audited annually to confirm compliance.
Control of moisture conductivity
The results showed that the moisture permeability of Lipoelastic compression garments is 85%. This indicator gives the client a feeling of dryness while wearing the products.

Lipoelastic compression garments comply with the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC and Government Regulation No. 336/2004 with all amendments. All Lipoelastic products are entitled to use the CE marking.
